★ General Commissions★
★By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor, I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to: distrubte, reproduce, copy and/or use the image to showcase for sales or self-promotion.★I will only draw what I am comfortable with as listed above in "Will Draw" and "Won't Draw" sections. With that stated I may refuse a commission for any reason with no need to state why★Please try to provide me with clear references so I am able to accurately draw your request. Low quality it fine but please note colors and details may not be fully accurate★I do not accept refunds once the lineart process has started. Furthermore you may request to pay after the sketch is made but I do have the right to refuse this option as well★Payment must be made within 24 hours when requested. If the commission is not paid for by that time you may possibly be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future★If you request any NSFW work from myself you are required to show a form of ID showing your birthdate. This is for the safety of the client and myself and is a hard boundary★I do not consent whatsoever to my art being used to train AI or be processed through an AI generator to replicate my art. If I am made aware you will be blocked and permanently blacklisted★Commissioners will receive a PNG Image file of their order and may request multiple variations of their order. (Flats, Overlays, etc)★You as the commissioner may post your commissioned art to any personal pages with proper credit★You may use the art you have commissioned on personal sites as banners, icons, etc. (with credit)★Commissioners may not by any means make copies, prints, or redistribute my work with the intent to profit by selling it.★I am not comfortable with my work being used in commercial settings as of now and I ask that you respect that.★You may not claim the work as your own!

★When owning my designs/art you are in no way allowed to trace, copy and/or heavily reference my work by any means. This goes for any of my work in general as well!★I am happy to make any edits to a custom you may want but please be reasonable and understanding. My goal is for you to like the design I make but I am human★Please do not ask me to heavily reference another design made. I do not wish to go against another designer's tos. If it is your own or the designer allows me to, I am okay with doing redesigns but I ask for full credit to the updated design★Please do not heavily edit my designs beyond recognition. If you have any questions please message me!★Do not resell a design of mine for more than what you paid for without any additional art (excluding gift and artfight pieces)★If a design of mine is traded you may sell it for the original worth only and not based on how much the other design traded was★Please do not erase my watermark, this is to protect my work.
